As fall turns to winter we get our first light snows, which largely melt in the sun but linger in the shadows of the tall grass. The daylight fades quickly and post-work dog walks start to happen as the sun is going down - allowing for the this view of west facing Bolton Mountain, all lit up in alpenglow by the setting sun.
